Anna & I have recently relocated to Melbourne so updates will be slow for the next couple of months.
Please note – Many of the following recipes are from existing sources. From Jamie Oliver to Gordon Ramsay to Nigella Lawson and Donna Hay– these are all reprints and although they have often been modified ( read “butchered” ) by me due to unavailability of ingredients or more usually, an acute lack of ability on my part, I claim no copyright or ownership of them.
These recipes are posted here simply as a convenient way to store our recipes online and so we don’t need to carry a recipe book with us on our travels.
Select the recipes you want from the Categories sidebar on the right. You will find they are sorted by -

- Cooking Style
- Difficulty
Or simply click on the tag cloud on the right – select the ingredient or style, click on the word that most interests you and you’ll see a group of recipes reflecting your choice – easy.
You can now browse through the recipe gallery and if anything takes your fancy, click on an image to reveal the recipe.
These recipes are mostly the result of the wife teaching me how to cook over the last 3 – 4 years. There’s still a mountain to climb but thanks for setting me up on base camp Anna x

After growing increasily accustomed to sampling the leftovers of these fabulous dishes at lunchtime, I was quite excited to discover that I may be able to get a sneak preview of whats coming! I want to think that I would / could make these myself but with a cooking ability not too inacurately described in the illistrations above, I enjoy reading, sniffing (yep lots of sniffing) and tasting these recipes as part of my personal culinary journey.
I will continue to enjoy samples from “Andy Nigella’s” kitchen and if I taste something I simply cannot resist, I’m open to black market fish trading!

Considering Pizza is Anna’s favourite food I reckon we’ll have some more soon !!
